As your Las Vegas home inspector, I offer over 37 years experience in the construction industry. I have 20 years of inspection experience in the home inspection business.  I have hundreds of hours of inspection classes and continuing education classes in home inspection.  I have thousands of classroom hours in construction topics.

I have worked with my tools and taught people to build all types of construction projects (from homes to bridges, coffer dams, high rises, etc).  I have vast exposure to both commercial and residential construction.  I have been a custom home builder, and contractor, as well as, a 30 year member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters.  

I was trained, for years, how to communicate with all types of learners and help them understand different work processes.  I have literally taught or supervised the instruction of over 100,000 people, and most of them were instructors taught in train-the-trainer classes.
