New Home Inspections

As a home inspector I have inspected quite a few new homes.  Let me give you an example.  In one new home I found the A/C not connected to the thermostat and also I found a dishwasher that did not operate.  Also, there were several electrical outlets that were wired in reverse as well as one light switch that did not operate. 

Whether you are buying a previously owner home or a new one, it is worth the investment of a home inspection.
